All Nominations & sustaining payments immediately become part of the financial structure of the race once they are postmarked and are non-refundable. All Owner(s) must be a current member of the Quarter Horse Racing Associating of Indiana, as the owners are stated on the horse’s AQHA papers, including partnerships, at time of nomination and at time of race events.
